Your accountability is to be proactive, play big with this and reinforce the new Belief continuously. At every opportunity, in every scene or sequence in your life, play with visualizing your new intention, your new Belief, your new Outcome. Remember to keep these thoughts big and make your positive intention so huge that every time your Limiting Habit hooks you, you can dwarf it with your new Belief. Make sure you identify the Actions that are consistent with your big, new, invented Belief and bring about the Outcomes the new Belief supports. Practice this with discipline and persistence. pg 72

Each positive Action we take is one of accessing our greatness in the moment – even simple Actions like laughing and shaking your head at a moment of knee-jerk worry, or kicking your feet up, lighting a candle or a fire, and using your Powerful Head to meditate on gratitude and happiness instead of going down the road of over-thinking and getting stressed out after a challenging day at work. We make ourselves great one moment at a time, and moment-to-moment greatness takes discipline. pg. 86

The athletes that are training day in and day out know that slacking off won’t kill their chances of making the Olympic team. Yet there is something else at work that makes a disciplined and persistent Action preferable to falling back on an “easier” way of being. pg 89
