This is the session about Pattern Interrupts. Since our Habits determine our successes and failures, and we desire different results, then the surest way to achieve our dreams is to Shift our Habits. Pattern Interrupts are how we do this. So we are going to take a look at two interrelated links: the Belief-Link and Action-Link, exploring the idea that our deepest Beliefs don’t have to govern our Actions and that by taking new Actions we can pave the road for new, positive Outcomes.
